Delia Makes a Hit with 'Dr. Who' is the title of a newspaper article which appeared in the Coventry Evening Telegraph on 28th April 1965.

Here in this almost wholly male scientific preserve works 27-year-old Delia. ‘...I went up to Girton College, Cambridge, to read maths. At least that's how it started out... It was the old story of it being too much like hard work. Anyway, maths isn't very useful to a woman,&rsquo she ended with a spurt of feminine logic.[1]
